Paradise Dynasty Legend of Xiao Long Bao, is located on the fifth floor of Plaza Senayan. From the outside, it looks typically Chinese, set in an opulent dining room. Their speciality is Xiao Long Bao and La Mien Soup. But I was craving rice, after having fasted all day. There certainly are plenty of options from which to choose. The menu focuses on Northern and Southern Chinese cuisine. I was looking forward to trying some spicy dishes which these areas in China are famous for.
I thought it was worth trying one of the appetizers, seeing as this was my first visit to Paradise Dynasty Legend of Xiao Long Bao. The Crispy Fried Fish Fillet with Minced Garlic was the first thing that caught my eye. I’m definitely a seafood lover, and if seafood wasn’t so pricey, I would probably eat it every day. Paradise Dynasty’s version was deliciously crispy with the succulent flesh of the fish adding to overall taste. I wasn’t particularly wowed by this dish, but at the same time, I was impressed with the zesty flavor which the garlic brought to the overall flavor.
